How I work

1. First, we will discuss your idea, you need your OC/s clear refewrences, references or/and a detailed description of your idea and be clear if you want alternate versions.2. After your idea is clear, you have the option to pay immediately, or after I show you a rough sketch of the general (without details nor character faces).3. When the rough sketch is approved we will move on with the clean sketch (and payment if that's the case)4. In the clean sketch phase you have the opportunity to change any general thing of the whole idea, like, poses, clothes, character design (if it's doable you can change a whole character); without any cost.5. After the clean sketch is approved we are going to the lineart phase, here you have the opportunnity to change details of the pose, details about the character design, add or delete accesories; without cost (not changes to the whole character or pose).
Note: If it's a rendered commission all the changes of the lineart phase are done in the ''clean sketch phase (4).6. The next step is the flat coloring, here you can change anything about the character/s, background, accesories, clothes color palette; without cost.7. If it's a rendered commission, in the beggining of this phase you can change (rough lightning) the lightning direction or/and enviroment lighting of the idea8. If any changes are made outside of their corresponding phase the charge will be $5 - $20 USD per 3 changes (depending on how big are the changes)

You will recieve

1. The HD file of the commission and alternate versions (if you asked for those) sent as document on Telegram, or/and e-mail if that is your preference (if you want another form of delivery can be discussed).2. The piece will have no watermark and it will have my signature (that cannot be deleted)

Time of delivery

1. When I get to your place in the queue, and after we have clear your idea (if the idea changes in the time I get to you in the queue) with the payment sorted out, the clean sketch will be delivered in an estimated time of 1-2 weeks (it usually takes less). Each phase will have an approximately similar time of delivery (except renderering, it could take from 2-3 weeks)2. The queue will be organized in order of arrival (not prioritizing fee yet). I will inform you every time I finish a commission that is before you and how many I have left before I get to to you3. Refunds will be made on full if the clean sketch has not been not started yet. If the clean sketch is half-way done, the same with the lineart, the refund will be partial, when reached the coloring stage the commission will be non refundable. (All of this with Paypal fee discounted automatically).3. The time of delivery will rarely vary depending on personal life issues that may get out of my hand; it will be informed to the commissioners nontheless.

Cómo trabajo

1. Primero, discutiremos tu idea. Necesitas referencias claras de tu o tus personajes, referencias y/o una descripción detallada de tu idea, y especificar si deseas versiones alternativas.2. Una vez que tu idea esté clara, tienes la opción pagar de inmediato o después de que te muestre un boceto general (sin detalles ni rostros de los personajes).3. Cuando se apruebe el boceto general, continuaremos con el boceto limpio (y el pago, si corresponde).4. En la fase del boceto limpio, puedes modificar cualquier aspecto general de la idea, como poses, ropa y diseño de personajes (si es posible, puedes cambiar un personaje completo), sin costo alguno.5. Una vez aprobado el boceto final, pasaremos a la fase del lineart. Aquí podrás modificar detalles de la pose, detalles del diseño del personaje, añadir o eliminar accesorios. Sin costo adicional (sin cambios en el personaje entero o la pose entera).
Nota: Si se trata de un encargo con renderizado, todos los cambios de la fase de lineart se realizan en la fase de boceto limpio (4).6. El siguiente paso es el coloreado plano. Aquí puedes cambiar cualquier cosa hablando de la paleta de colores del personaje, el fondo, los accesorios y/o de la ropa; sin costo adicional.7. Si se trata de una comisión renderizada, al inicio de esta fase (iluminación sucia) puedes cambiar la dirección de la iluminación y/o la iluminación ambiental de la idea.8. Si se realizan cambios fuera de su fase correspondiente, el costo será de $5 a $20 USD por cada 3 cambios (dependiendo de la magnitud de los cambios).

Lo que recibirás

1. El archivo en alta definición de la comisión y las versiones alternativas (si las solicitaste) se enviarán como documento por Telegram o correo electrónico, si lo prefieres (si deseas otra forma de entrega, podemos hablarlo).2. La obra no tendrá marca de agua y llevará mi firma (que no se podrá borrar).

Tiempo de entrega

1. Cuando llegue tu turno en la cola, y una vez que hayamos aclarado tu idea (si esta cambia en el tiempo de espera en la cola) y se haya confirmado el pago, el boceto limpio se entregará en un plazo estimado 1 a 2 semanas (normalmente tarda menos). Cada fase tendrá un tiempo de entrega similar (excepto el renderizado, que podría tardar de 2 a 3 semanas).2. La cola se organizará por orden de llegada (no hay tarifa para priorización todavía). Te informaré cada vez que termine una comisión que esté antes de la tuya y cuántas me quedan antes de poder atenderte.3. Se realizarán reembolsos completos si el boceto general aún no se ha empezado. Si el boceto limpio está a medio terminar, al igual que el lineart, el reembolso será parcial. Una vez que se alcance la fase de coloreado, la comision no será reembolsable. (Todo esto con la comisión de PayPal descontada automáticamente).3. El plazo de entrega puede variar en raras ocasiones debido a problemas personales ajenos a mi control; en cualquier caso, se informará a los clientes.
